Paul Angel is still constructing this
unique website, but what he has so far is great! At
'Big Town' you will find movie posters, books,
videos and LD's . . .the works. What is so
different about Paul's site? You're going to find
some 'uptown' material at 'downtown' prices.
So take my word for it. If you haven't been to the
big city for a while, give this logo a click, and
take a stroll through 'Big Town'.

Moe has been around forever. I think he
is 172 years old! In fact, my grandmother used to
tell me stories about Moe's Movie Posters
when I was just a toddler. Moe has everything under
the sun, and he keeps getting new stuff all the
time, so you have to keep coming back for more. You
can trust good ol' Moe for a good selection and a
fair shake. So, just stop by and tell him 'The Kid'
sent you.

John Kisch had the simple but brilliant
idea, of creating a reference book for both buyers
and sellers .There are many movie posters and
related material on the market for which no 'basis
of bearings' exists. Of course there are Auctions,
but these results can distort values and set false
examples of what posters are actually worth. At an
auction, it only takes 2 'crazy' bidders' to make
the price of a piece go through the roof. The
Poster Price Almanac gives you the bare facts
including: how much a particular piece sold for, or
was listed for; when it was sold or offered and the
dealers name. This is an invaluable tool, for the
hobbiest, collector and investor. Be sure to stop
by here!

I can't really say enough about STUDIO C!
They have been doing my poster restoration
exclusively for the past 10 years. I am one of the
'pickiest' collectors around. When it comes to
restoration, I demand perfection for myself and my
clients. There are a number of restorers in this
business, but none equal the work performed at
Studio C. Diane Jeffrey, understands
the business and keeps things there, running like a
top. Now a word of warning: Don't compare prices
with some you will be quoted from other restorers.
They may not even come close to matching. You may
pay more at Studio C, but you will receive a
job second to none. From the different processes of
cleaning, de-acidifying, top of the line artwork,
border and paper replacement and weaving, you will
be nothing short of amazed when you receive your
poster back from Studio C.
STOP! Please
don't tell everyone about the best kept secret in
town... Studio C. Keep it to yourself. Just
tell Diane I sent you. Better yet, tell her you
called, because you AND your poster . . 'deserve
the very best'!

Bruce Hershenson is one of the
pioneers of organizing the 'Big House Auctions' for
movie posters. Some of his early auction catalogs
are rare, but still available. More important, is
the number of beautiful movie poster reference
books Bruce has published. Each his volumes cover
different genres of the cinema are in all full
color. Bruce also has his own inventory of movie
posters for sale on the net. There is much to look
at here, so plan to stay awhile.
