This Marx Brothers poster was a locally produced Jumbo Window Card, likely to promote that the film had moved to a different theater in the area.

Locally produced window cards were promotional posters for movies, displayed in local businesses and public areas to advertise a film within the community. These were different from posters displayed inside theaters, as they were printed on cheaper card stock, often in black and white or limited color, and sometimes had a large blank space at the top for the local theater to hand-write the showtimes.

Condition: Good
Paper loss in the upper corners and the middle of the bottom border. A small chip on the upper middle border. Multiple pinholes in the corners. Dirt spray on the bottom, and some smudging throughout. This could be an excellent candidate for restoration. The dirt and smudging is generally easy to fix for a competent restorer, or you could go further and have them address the paper loss.
