This poster features Donald Duck in Scottish regalia urging folks to participate in Victory Loan Bonds. This drive was started after WWII actually ended, but was needed nonetheless, as forces remained overseas and depended on continued support until it was safe to return home.

Rolled. Linen backed and partially restored. Poster shows small stains on top and bottom margins. A few restored marginal losses, over-painting to top right corner; light wear along original folds.
