This is very unique "Dumbo" art. Note that the title is displayed as "Dumbo of the Circus" even though the movie was eventually released as simply "Dumbo." This was the name of the children's book that was adapted for the screen. It has all the characters and beautiful coloring. It is in a smaller format than the full posters, perfect for a baby or child's room.
This is a page cut from the RKO Radio Pictures 1941/42 Campaign Book. This was a leatherette covered, spiral bound book released by the studio and distributed to theater owners. This was to encourage them to book the films for their theater in advance.
This page has been paper backed. "Paper backing" is a process that is used to preserve movie posters (the best restorers de-acidify the poster during the restoration process), and to make them easier to display (it is easier and less expensive to frame a paper backed poster, but not quite as easy as it is to frame a linen backed poster).

Prior to paperbacking, the page was removed from a campaign book and paperbacked. Other than being removed from the book, it was in nice condition, and the printing on the back does not bleed through to the front.
