This is the "pre-awards" version, with the "Todd-AO" credit (which was for 70mm prints), and is much more desired than the post awards versions.
The "pre-awards" one-sheets have a tagline at the top (in a black box) that reads "The happiest sound in all the world". While still in continuous first release and after it won 5 Academy Awards in 1965, new one-sheets were printed and that top tagline was replaced with "Winner of 5 Academy Awards Including The 'Best Picture Of Year'". Some pre-awards one-sheets credit (as this one does) "Todd-AO" (below the guitar and above "Color by Deluxe"), and others do not. The ones that do not, were created for theaters that could not show the 70mm Todd-AO version.

Rolled. Linen backed and restored.
Prior to restoration, the poster was in good to very good condition. During restoration the following defects were repaired: The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds and some tiny bits of paper loss on parts of some folds. It had a small tear and small paper loss in the top center background area below the "N" of "SOUND". It had pinholes and a few tears around the edges.
