"For Every Fighter A Woman Worker" YWCA WWI Home Front Poster by Adolph Triedler (1919)

It takes an army to sustain an army, and women workers were firing on all cylinders back on the home front - arming the boys overseas with planes, trucks, tanks, and ammunition. The YWCA commissioned illustrator Adolph Triedler to craft this fantastic World War I-era morale piece, in support of the United War Work Campaign.
